I wish to bring to your attention serious concerns regarding fraudulent activities relating to the 2024 Presidential Election.
You have no doubt heard from many of my fellow citizens, and of the numerous theories which have been circulated online - many of which are dubious or easily debunked.
Shortly after the election, a widespread rumor circulated about the possible usage of Starlink broadband terminals to subvert the election results. This was quickly discredited on the basis that few counties use Starlink services to transmit initial results, and those counties are rural and sparsely populated.
However, you and the broader public should be aware that Starlink has been quietly assembling its Direct-to-Cell constellation since January 2, 2024, completing formation in December 2024.
This is unprecedented new technology, never before present during a major electoral event.
At the time of the November 5th election, 265 Starlink Direct-to-Cell satellites were in orbit and operational. While the fully completed constellation includes 320 units, that number is suitable for global mass-consumer coverage - therefore, 265 satellites appear more than reasonable for accomplishing an election-related exploit, particularly given the limited number of devices required for connection per county.
These satellite units effectively place the equivalent of a hacker’s “Stingray” device, a cell-tower simulation the size of a briefcase, in every voting precinct in America.
A man-in-the-middle attack using a Stingray device has long been a feasible option for hacking elections. However, robust poll environment security and scrutiny by parties on both sides of the political spectrum has likely ensured that such attacks are rare. Starlink DTC technology eliminates these obstacles entirely - referenced below as the “MitM”.

I present to you numerous red flags relating to the deployment of this equipment in advance of the U.S. election.
Many, if not most, election systems possess the capacity to connect to cellular VPNs, if not to the wider public internet - whether at the machine, tabulator, or server level. These systems rely on encryption and device SIMs for security. However, many of us are now aware that SIM cloning is easily accomplished via mere proximity of a malicious device, which can be the size of a cell phone or smaller. Encryption running off of Windows 2020 devices (which is the OS for many ES&S machines) or Android OS (Dominion) is similarly easily compromised, particularly given advances in quantum cloud computing capabilities. Pegasus and other zero-click exploits of sophisticated encrypted devices have been feasible since at least 2019.

After the 2020 election, in March 2021, Leo sold Tripp Lite to Eaton Corp, a former Ohio company which is now headquartered in Ireland for U.S. tax avoidance purposes. The sale price of the private enterprise was $1.6 billion - making Seid’s gift to the GOP the largest political donation in history.

Many do not believe it coincidental that nearly all election machines in this country are certified to be used specifically with Tripp Lite products - surge protectors for all ES&S DS450 and DS850 tabulators, and Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) units for all Dominion servers, and optionally for Dominion voting machines. Note that dozens of competitors exist.

Exactly one week to the day after the filing creation of Musk’s America PAC, on May 29th, 2024 Eaton Corp. announced a partnership with Palantir, a company owned and run by Elon Musk’s co-founder of PayPal, Peter Thiel, another known far-right conservative. This partnership was focused on secure erasure of digital footprints on Eaton devices, as well as on AI management of large datasets - such as large quantities of ballot images. Anyone familiar with the usage of AI on smart contract editing knows that this technology can be used to tailor customized images at scale and with incredible speed.

In September 2024, Eaton Corp. announced a partnership with Elon Musk’s Tesla, further combining their interests and providing a narrative for an ongoing transference of financial payments and correspondence. Notably, the announcement is labeled as originating from Pittsburgh - not Ohio or Texas, the US HQs for Eaton and Tesla. Pittsburgh is instead where Musk’s election war-room for the Trump campaign is based.

At minimum, these “coincidences” should raise alarm as to why private, supposedly neutral election and voting systems companies are sourcing core components from far-right interests. Knowledge of product design and access to production facilities introduce widespread potential for the insertion of maliciously engineered products into election systems - and nobody would suspect the “power plugs.”Peter Thiel’s Palantir is not the only investment he owns tied to the U.S. election outcome. In May 2024, Thiel’s venture capital Founder’s Fund raised $45m in a funding round for online betting platform Polymarket. Polymarket received massive press through the 2024 election cycle for its foreign bettors’ uncannily accurate predictions of a Trump victory.

On October 4th, 2024, one month before the election, Chain Bridge successfully launched the first US financial institution IPO in more than 2 years, announced less than one week beforehand.

Notably, even Polymarket betting odds from 9/12/24-10/3/24 had Kamala Harris leading Trump’s chances of victory; national polls at the time suggested even higher leading margins by Democrats.
Initial shares of the (ultimately successful) IPO were likely to be purchased by GOP insiders with extreme confidence in Trump’s victory in the election, one month away. Given the stark outflow warnings, this would be an extremely risky investment without insider knowledge.On March 26th, 2021, 9 days after Leonard Leo’s sale of Tripp Lite for $1.6 billion, Dominion Voting Systems filed a lawsuit against Fox News Network for $1.65 billion. This lawsuit settled on April 18th, 2023 with a publicly-announced settlement of $787.5m.
The settlement amount is highly unusual, given the closest comparable case is the “Pink Slime” defamation lawsuit of Beef Products Inc. (BPI) versus ABC News / Disney in 2017. The lawsuit for $5.7bn was settled for just $177m, which media commentators called “very favorable for BPI.” BPI had had to close 3 of its 4 beef processing plants after the news broadcasts calling its products “pink slime” repeatedly aired and revenues dropped by roughly 80%.
BPI had the benefit of strong agricultural protection laws and treble damages, as well as quantifiable damages far higher than Dominion’s (as Dominion enjoyed long-term contracts of ten years or more for the majority of its customers, meaning immediately demonstrable revenue loss was extremely questionable) as well as far higher revenues of $650m per year, versus Dominions reported $37m in annual revenue.
The BPI settlement, for products many consumers purchase daily, was less than its claimed damages of lost revenue, and just 27% of its annual revenue before the broadcasts began. Dominion’s settlement did not demonstrate clearly provable damages and was for 21.2x its annual revenue before the FNN broadcasts, or 2,122%. 27% versus 2,122% is significant and highly suspicious.
Given the massive sum, the shocking multiple, and FNN’s refusal to settle thus far with international election company SmartMatic (despite SmartMatic having similar claims and far higher revenues), it is questionable whether this settlement amount was instead reached to facilitate payment to Dominion while at the same time ensuring that questioning the integrity of such voting equipment was highly stigmatized in future. Recall the GOP interests tied to Dominion server components (the Tripp Lite UPS units).
It is clear that if conservative mogul Rupert Murdoch had written Dominion a personal check in 2023 for $790m, there would have been public outrage and calls for investigation.
Fox News wrote the check instead (yielding significant tax reductions for FNN), and the media promoted a narrative of schadenfreude and praised systems of accountability.
And Dominion continues to endorse and certify the recommended use of Tripp Lite products even after it’s sale to Eaton Corp - potentially allowing for a completed tripartite financial cycle, as Dominion may have been able to further transfer the FNN funds back to Eaton due to these product connections.
Further concerning is that it is undeniable, as you can see in the illustrations above, that the results for the 2024 election in Dominion districts clearly appear to be the most significantly shifted from “blue” to “red” by margin of overall voters from 2020-2024. Further, nearly all net shifts (not victories) in voter margin to Democratic are in regions without Dominion machines.
Again, Dominion closed central servers running version 5.17, as well as other versions, are nearly all networked to Tripp Lite UPS units, which receive regular updates and patches from Eaton Corp. These patches and drivers are not monitored in the same manner as core election software, as they are “optional” according to the Dominion Democracy Suite 5.17 certification.
It is further undeniable that while the largest margin shifts took place in Dominion voting districts, no counties whatsoever nationwide flipped from “red” in 2020 to “blue” in 2024. This suggests a more widespread voter manipulation than can be explained by Dominion districts alone, as many regions were polling far higher for the Harris campaign than the Biden campaign leading in to November 5th.
Hacking and election integrity labs have identified many core issues with ES&S machines, which have circulated for many years, particularly in relation to the existence of cellular modems in many of their machines. Again, these modems have been dismissed by election officials as a viable source for wide-spread hacking exploits, as they are only briefly connected, via private cellular networks, to the non-public internet.
These machines are further equipped with Java-based encryption called “Bouncy Castle” to ensure secure transmission of all data. (See certifications for ES&S linked above.)

We have already demonstrated the near-certain ability of Starlink DTC technology to penetrate VPNs via a “man-in-the-middle” attack. As the majority of ES&S machines are running on outdated, unpatched versions of Windows, modern hackers are also easily able to penetrate Bouncy Castle encryption even without the use of “supercomputers” or “quantum cloud computing.”
(Googling “Bouncy Castle Java hack” results in a long list of historic hacks of Bouncy Castle cryptography; once patched, they are then violated once again.)
Yet, as owner and developer of xAI, Elon Musk has access to both supercomputers and quantum cloud computing - making even the strongest encryption vulnerable.
On July 12, 2023, Musk founded xAI. In January 2024, he posted online about his “Dojo supercomputer” plans. In June, Musk noted the 100k H100 liquid-cooled (important for quantum cloud computing) training cluster in Memphis would be online soon. In July, he noted the completion of his Giga Texas supercomputer. By July 22, Musk noted he’d completed installation of his Memphis supercomputer in a shocking 19 day timespan. In August, he introduced his “Cortex” super AI facility in Austin, TX. By September 2, the Colossus 100k H100 cluster was fully online and operational as well. These projects were hastily completed in record time, at extraordinary extra cost. The rush was attributed to competition with ChatGPT - yet ChatGPT was released November 30, 2022, and the extreme rush to build these facilities only emerged after May 2024, following Musk’s “Billionaire brain trust” meetings with senior GOP funders and tech leaders; plans for which he held weekly meetings, every Friday since April, to discuss and execute.
These computer systems are for “AI training” of Grok, Musk’s proprietary X-resident AI - and would be the perfect systems to support a mass-scale election exploit.Even though Elon Musk clearly has the ability, cellular network and computing prowess to compromise election systems at scale, that does not prove intent or motive. However, we have a direct confession to both - on video.
On November 4th, 2024, the night before the election, former President Donald Trump spoke at a rally in Pittsburgh, PA. 38 minutes into this speech, he said:
“Actually, Elon built a big plant in Texas, OK? We like it. All right? Elon built a very big plant in Texas. We got to give credit. We love Elon. He gave me -- he gave me one of the greatest -- he -- and you know where he is right now? He's in another part of your state.”
“He is now in Pennsylvania campaigning for Donald Trump because he thinks it's the single most important thing. And, you know, he said something to me that -- that was interesting because nobody knows computers. That rocket I was telling you about, the way it laid down, he said it's all computers operating the engines. The engines are -- are the easy part. He said the computers -- it's tremendous computerization. The way it just shifted it over, it's so beautiful. But I said to him, "What do you think about --" Because he really is watching this whole voting process. And he said, "You know, computers are the greatest.”
“He looked at some that were just shipped in, some of these vote-counting computers. He knew it before it even came in the door. He looked like at the back of it. "Oh, I know that one." I mean, he knows that's how -- I mean, he knows this stuff better than any. And he actually said -- and this is for the good of everybody, it's the good of mankind, essentially.”
“But Elon Musk said to me -- I hope I'm allowed to say this. I think I am because, one thing, he's out there. He's a guy -- he just wants the truth. He's an incredible guy. And he said computers aren't meant for this kind of stuff. He said there's only one thing you can do. He's the most sophisticated guy in the world when it comes to computerization.”
Later that same day, at a rally in Grand Rapids, MI, Trump stated:
“[Elon] said that [voting] machines don't work because they're easily violated. Now, this is the smartest guy in the world, the guy that runs rockets with computers, and saying that computers are far more important than the engines. I mean, nobody knows anything like this.”
“This will take very -- you know, these young guys -- you know, these have military-type equipment, highest-grade, highest-level, supreme military equipment. Where the hell do they get this stuff?”

On September 10th, 2024, ES&S sent out a notice for a change to its core Electionware software - to adjust the configuration.ini file to dynamic from static. The letter noted that “this file is unique to each customer install” yet the file’s status as static, not dynamic, had survived numerous certifications. While we do not have a copy of the text included in this .ini file, .ini files log system configurations, including the software installed and the hardware mapped to the machine. By changing the .ini file to dynamic, hash testing would still be successful even if new network paths or hardware connections were present at the time of audit or testing.

On October 7, 2024, during an interview with Tucker Carlson on X.com, Elon Musk stated: “‘If Trump loses, I’m f*cked…how long do you think my prison sentence is going to be?” He repeats this sentiment numerous times and Carlson, laughing, agrees each time. Yet there is no air of true concern - only confidence.

The article held many scandalous accusations regarding Musk’s possible violations of law and shocking adversity to U.S. interests, relating to both the Ukraine and Taiwan. Social media exploded with angry messages regarding Musk’s “treason.”
Elections typically have what is called an “October Surprise” - the last minute release of powerful dirt targeting the opposing party. Yet this October Surprise targeted Musk, the face of Trump’s campaign - and no other outlet followed up with any meaningful scoop, indicating this was not a preemptive release to control the narrative. It was a targeted threat - from the heart of the GOP itself. And one which curiously did not fear, whatsoever, any impact on Trump’s election prospects. They released unbelievably damning treason claims against their own campaign, despite James Comey’s last-minute announcement of an investigation into “Hillary’s emails” having been routinely cited as the #1 reason for her 2016 loss. This article was also released during a tight, completely split polling period.
Considering that Rupert Murdoch was in attendance at even the initial planning meetings for Musk’s Trump campaign funding vehicle, America PAC, this can be interpreted as a final warning message to Elon Musk regarding his absolute, unequivocal need to achieve Republican victory in the election.

In this video, recorded by dash cam, the driver spots two ballot bags lying in the road and slows down, stopping 5-10 feet from them. The driver parks his car in the middle of the lane, carefully keeping the packages in frame, and picks them up.
The Spanish-speaking driver then quickly edits and releases the video, and has the technical and media savvy to launch it into instant virality.
Even if you ignore the suspicious circumstances of the driver slowing down far before reaching these packages, which from a distance would look like harmless garbage; or that it was nighttime and raining; or that he had the presence of mind to keep the packages in the dash cam’s frame the entire time; or that he didn’t pull over but stopped in the middle of the busy lane - it is still undeniable that this video would provide significant cover to an operation designed to alter ballot images or violate tabulation counts.
By introducing a widespread and heavily circulated theory that “ballots go missing sometimes”, any recount which contradicted official results could be instantly discredited. No other incidence of such an event was reported anywhere in the country - adding further suspicion regarding this incident being so expertly and conveniently documented.

Also the same day, shares for GOP-led Chain Bridge Bank surged to more than 3x their average volume since the IPO nearly a month before, spiking the share price.

The main benefit to such an election subverter, beyond temporary voter suppression, is the breaking of chain of custody - similar to the “lost ballots” incident recorded on video. If recounts showed any discrepancy in votes, the GOP could claim the ballots were destroyed or replaced during these threat response windows.
Notably, many of the emails containing the threats were clearly labelled as originating from Russia. Yet, in the recently exposed “Russian collusion” regarding paid influence campaigns of popular right-wing commentators, Russian activity and involvement was carefully hidden beneath layers of shell corporations and front men. Here, the blatantly obvious use of .ru email servers strongly implies the threats were most likely domestically originated and meant to benefit the Republican Party.

On Election Day, Elon Musk called the race 4 hours before it was called by any media outlet. His close friends, Dana White and Joe Rogan, later claimed he had developed a “special app” which fed him voting results from machines in real-time.. Both these parties would be well aware of Polymarket, and unlikely to claim Elon possessed a custom developed app on the basis of his checking betting results. Further, Polymarket is used by foreign bettors with no insight into local precinct results.

While Donald Trump won in each of the 7 swing states, down ballot candidates for the Democratic Party, as well as initiatives around abortion access, also decisively received the highest number of votes - introducing significant confusion and skepticism from these observers. Further, the number of votes for Donald Trump and other Presidential candidates well exceeded the number of votes cast in down ballot races.
Considering the tech we have showcased here, the most likely explanation for such voting patterns is the use of AI, similar to that employed in legal smart contracts, to instantly alter ballot images themselves - not the hard copies, but the ones retained as digital images by the voting machines and transferred to central servers for counting and auditing.
Since every county has extremely customized balloting, AI (such as that developed via Palantir’s collaboration with Eaton Corp, the producer of the Tripp Lite UPS machines networked to Dominion servers) would be needed to ensure those images conformed specifically. A balance had to be found between increasing votes and avoiding detection - therefore, the highest priority alteration had to be selected.
Further, the one race which every county would place first on each ballot would be the Presidential Race. This fully explains the number of “bullet ballots”, where only Trump was listed as a voted candidate. AI could easily be used to erase ballot markings - but not to reliably select the chosen candidates down ballot. Last minute changes to local candidates, printing order, and so on, could result in clearly obvious tampering - such as, X marks on lines where no voter choice existed or where the candidate had bowed out. For example, no one would believe that North Carolina porn-fiend Mark Robinson won the same number of votes as Donald Trump, and there likely would be many local candidates with similar odds difficult to detect from a central perspective.
By limiting the use of AI to erasing votes and changing only the first-listed choice, that of Presidential candidate, the operation would achieve its core goals while avoiding unnecessary errors. The patterns noted clearly suggest that a certain percentage of Democratic votes were fully erased, with Trump’s name then listed as the only vote, and another percentage kept the previous votes for Democratic down ballot races, and only altered the Presidential race.
The declination of several wealthy Republican candidates, such as Wisconsin’s Eric Hovde, to pursue a hand recount despite their loss being within the margin of victory for a permissible recount, strongly supports these theories.
The above accounts for Election Day activity. The deletion of early and mail in votes from central servers would explain the significant decline in 2024 early and mail voting in areas which had reported massive increases in such activity.
Since mail in votes from registered Democrats being tagged as votes for Republicans would raise suspicion, and those votes are the most clearly tied to physical ballots, this is where voter data and signature harvesting, such as that pursued in Pennsylvania, come into play.
Mail in voting for Republicans surged in 2024, yet the Post Office, often derided for its possible role in suppressing votes, would struggle to consistently filter these ballots by party. Therefore, it seems highly possible, if not likely, that mail in ballot images were altered within the tabulators themselves, replacing Democratically registered votes with those of Republicans - even if those Republicans never voted via mail.
Pennsylvania only allows counting mail in ballots on Election Day itself, and therefore, any duplicate ballots for those who did show during the Election could be removed from the final registry (and recall that the petition paid for by Musk targeted those who were never before registered, and therefore, were the very least likely voters of all - people who only cared enough about voter registration to do so in exchange for a check).
Finally, and most damning of all, Elon Musk is not a man known for his humility. He regularly faces scrutiny for his grandiose, unverifiable claims with respect to current and future product capabilities. He also regularly and aggressively promotes his companies’ products via his personal platform, X.com.
Yet Elon Musk only tweeted about Starlink Direct-to-Cell technology 3 times in 2024 before November 5th (and only about providing it in limited scope for Hurricane Helene victims), suggesting an unusual desire for secrecy, despite the project being otherwise public in nature.
This can be contrasted with dozens to hundreds of 2024 tweets about each of Grok, Tesla, Optimus (in-development Tesla robot), xAI, Starlink broadband, SpaceX and more.
